Photoshop Task - Creating the cover of a cookbook.

I achievied this by going on to a photoshop site. It was a great task for me to do and I really enjoyed doing this, even though this task is not get done ain a short space of  time.First of all, I  had to copy the  picture of a crab on to another new page and then select certain areas and re-size it via the marquee selection tool. I then got a chnce to use the side bar tools one to help make my work look like this. The paint brush,  helped me  paint small gaps that I could not fill in with the paint bucket, so I found this very useful and beneficial.  I then had to add the lemons using marquee selection tools again and this waas very hadr for me to do as I had to try select the whole of the lemon with the one chance I had. If this doid not happen then I would have to do it again, but I am glad to say that I did acheive this successfully.

My next task was to make a spine for this 'cookbook' and textualise it as you can see, I ended up using the colour green with a masaic texture.For my background, I ended up using the colour blue.Overall, I think that the outcome has been very advantageous and will certainly help me complete my second piece of coursework which is approachng very soon.
